Role Title/head business mangaer

1. Responsible for business through the Beauty Advisor channel - Modern Trade, Stand Alone GT, beauty outlets Pan India

2. Responsible for delivering the channel metrics of Beauty Advisors nationally

3. Creating both product and sales training material, conducting trainings, increasing productivity of advisors to help them achieve their sales targets. Ensuring productivity of the BA Channel and viability of the counter is a key ask of the role

4. Expansion the BA channel by enhancing the no of counters and on ground presence is another key as of the role. Which would entail rapid recruitment, training and onboarding of BA at a Pan India level

5. Training the BA channel on skin & personal care, brand, product- features, selling skills to ensure BA s are well equipped to drive sales through the outlets.

6. BA staffing- Recruitment and retention of Beauty advisors in Company.

7. Working with the marketing team to strategize and execute media & on ground brand activation

8. Custodian of the all the MIS related to BA channel. Should maintain a repository of information and do detailed analysis for further findings as and when necessary to identify source of growth for BA channel.

9. Extensive knowledge of the brand, category and competitors- activities from market research and continuous market screening. Reporting all market developments in terms of new launches and implementation of new strategies in Company by the competitors to HO
